From February 17-21 in Seattle, Washington, representatives from across the nation gathered at Conference of Grand Masters of North America. With over 700 attendees, the conference provided a profound and inspiring platform for engaging with Masonic leaders nationwide and beyond.

Barbara Ramsey and the Masonic Home of Missouri team represented MCSA at the Conference. We’re happy to report that our table received lots of visitors inquiring more about MCSA and their state’s participation! We received many sincere expressions of gratitude and support of MCSA’s work and mission from both member and non-members.

What We Did

On Tuesday night of the Conference, MCSA held a dessert reception and raffle. We were able to mingle with the attendees to share more about MCSA and this year’s MCSA Conference. We left our mark and were able to provide MCSA table centerpieces, as well as MCSA Conference goodie bags to each attendee. It truly felt like MCSA had a meaningful impact at this year’s Conference. We hope to see more Grand Masters and their respective jurisdictions at this year’s MCSA Conference as a result of the connections we were able to form!

A Presentation from Barbara Ramsey

One of the highlights of the conference was our talented representation team’s exhibition. Barbara Ramsey and her team put together an engaging presentation and were able to deliver it to the Grand Masters, emphasizing the benefits of joining MCSA. Barbara extended a warm invitation to them all and their teams to attend this year’s MCSA Conference in Kansas City.

We are very grateful for their compelling call to spread light and hope through the care and services our member organizations offer. Their message resonated deeply with every Freemason present, underscoring our steadfast adherence to the Masonic principles of brotherly love and relief.

Marissa Douglas of the Grand Lodge of Oregon says, “I especially valued the opportunity to learn how other jurisdictions operate and collaborate in our collective mission of caring for those in the Masonic Family and wider community.”

During this trip, MCSA was showcased as a beacon of service, compassion, and collaboration within the Masonic community. If nothing else, the Conference of Grand Masters solidified one thing – we are stronger together.

MCSA is proud to have been able to attend the 2024 Conference of Grand Masters.
